Great work by HRE in getting my properties rented quickly. I decided to lease my properties through Horsham Real Estate after becoming unhappy with our original agent. I found HRE to be a breath of fresh air to deal with. They have a sound knowledge of the minimum standards and do not give incorrect advice which devalues property or greatly increases holding costs. They also seem to care about ensuring houses are rented to a high standard to reduce tenant turnover. They worked diligently to ensure my property was rented quickly to someone who would take care of the place, and I found their knowledge of the local community to be very helpful in that regard.
