: Our office will provide the tradesperson with keys to the property to gain access to repair / fix the above maintenance. Our office will also provide the tradesperson with your contact number – however no appointment time will be made for tradesperson attending. Tradesperson will contact tenant directly or gain access using the office key – authority is given to tradesperson to gain access by signing this form.
: The tenant acknowledges that if no fault is found, the tenant is liable for the cost of the tradesperson attending.
